I created a self-introduction slide for Japanese people participating in the "2021 JICA Japanese Training Exchange Program".This is for Brazilian and Colombian trainees to quickly remember the names and faces of us Japanese.

I paid particular attention to two points.

The first is design.

I have had many opportunities to make presentations using PPT, so I created it by referring to "Improvements at that time" and "How to use your PPT photos, fonts, and places where you think the colors are good".

The second is the content to be introduced.

I hope that the trainees will not only get to know the Japanese participants, but also deepen their understanding of Japan. Therefore, we asked Japanese participants to introduce recommended sightseeing spots and memorable places not only in Kochi prefecture but also in Japan.

From the viewer's point of view, I learned that by improving the accuracy of these two points, it is possible to create materials that are easier to see. Also, I was able to learn about the charm of Japan that I had never known before, and I am glad I did it.

I participated in the JICA Japanese Training Exchange Program in September 2021.In that program, I planned and presented a virtual port of call program for the "World Youth Ship," which is one of the Cabinet Office Youth International Exchange Program.

The virtual port of call is an international port in Brazil and Colombia, and I thought about "what kind of program would be a fun exchange" from the perspective of the participants.

Since the presentation was a competitive type, I had a strong desire to beat the other team. From the time of practice,

our group devised to do it as if we were tour guides.

For example, it starts with "Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our onboard program". I also practiced repeatedly until I could explain it in my own words. In the actual production,       I think that the content was smoothly handed over to the next presenter, and the content had a sense of unity.

Through this training, I learned the importance of "facial expressions" and "intonation" as well as the content that is necessary for a fascinating presentation.

In September 2021, I participated in a JICA Japanese training exchange event with the introduction of President kochi IYEO.

I had the opportunity to make three presentations, but the most memorable one was the presentation of the virtual " Ship for World Youth Ship(SWY)".

The program is divided into two teams and presents the port of call exchange program between Brazil and Colombia to three JICA trainees.

There were three team members each, each of whom was in charge of each port of call and created a presentation.

We checked each other's presentations many times until the actual performance, and practiced carefully in preparation for the actual performance.

By giving advice to each other, the content of the presentation and the way of expressing the presentation improved.

What I especially devised was that I actually showed "Kendama" in the content of the presentation.

Through this experience, I learned how to make a presentation and how to entertain the viewer.
