My organizational management method
"Creating a non-profit organization that attracts a large number of young people, mainly high school and university students, to develop human resources through international exchange," requires organizational management with a maximum difficulty level. The Kochi Hope Plans Foundation and the Kochi Youth International Exchange Organization are sister organizations organized by the participants of the Cabinet Office Youth International Exchange Program, and are particularly successful in attracting high school and university students. The organizational management method of both organizations is "Youth First". All programs are planned and operated from the perspective of "youth participating independently". I believe that the protagonists of any program are the youth, and our role is to create a platform for them to flourish.

My organizational management method
First, building an organization begins with building a network. Next, creating a network requires strong communication skills of leaders. Two important points in communication skills are that the leader faces the members with heart and that they create a place where everyone can participate. For that reason too, leaders need to listen, talk to, and be interested in and "engage" with members. And I believe that a leader earns trust by clearly showing the future vision of the team one step ahead. It is important for a leader to always be aware that he or she is the leader of the team, and to remember that the organization was created with his or her own ideas.

Chairman of Mama Shopping Street Promotion Association
My organizational management method
For many years, Mama Shopping Street operated the Yosakoi Dance "Competition Hall", but the Yosakoi Dancer Corps was dormant.Meanwhile, "the store owner's desire to promote the declining shopping district year by year" and "the desire of local residents to dance with the local dancer corps" became stronger, and in 2006, the Yosakoi Dancer Corps"Banbanzai" is back.Since 2010, I have also participated in "Super Yosakoi" in Harajuku, Tokyo.Without the revival of the Yosakoi Dancer Corps, there would have been no revival of the current shopping district. I think the qualities of a leader in the promotion of a shopping district are to put the right people in the right places, to give them equal roles, and to create a team culture where people can adjust their relationships and not complain about what has been decided regardless of the outcome.
