General Opinions
My experience in this training was unforgettable, from the first to the last day I was able to learn a lot of leadership topics due to the content of the classes. With my classmates, we had the opportunity to meet great leaders and learn from them. I participated in a very interesting activities with the community of the city and I met great persons of many different countries. I had the opportunity to learn about the culture and history of Kochi prefecture, visiting emblematic places of the city. It was very helpful to have a moment to analyze and reflect on what are the skills that I need to become the person I want to be in the future and what kind of leader I want to be. One of the best moments of the training was participating in the Yosakoi festival. The atmosphere in this festival was incredible, no matter the age almost the entire city being involucrate in this event. I never thought that in a short time I could learn so many things. I finished the course with a lot of desire to continue learning about Japanese culture and to carry out the activities of my action plan in Chile
My evaluation is excellent! I think that I learned so many interesting things and met so many wonderful places and people that I will be forever grateful. Something very remarkable is that the people of Kochi is very kind, a lot of people was very nice to me, everyday an everywhere I felt very welcomed.
To finish, I want to thank all the collaborators who made this training possible for the South Americans nikkeis. Definitively, in this type of training, the relationship between the Nikkeis and the japanese citizens became stronger. My gratitude to Mr. Maeda, Ms. Yoko, Ms. Azusa, Mr. Yamanaka, Mr. Shimomura, Ms. Tomoko, Mr. Sugano and all the Staff of this course. These types of instances create true bridges that unite different countries around the world. Thank you very much!!
